Cosplay Foam – What is Plastazote?
Plastazote is a unique form of closed-cell foam, consisting of a series of closed nitrogen filled cells. It is a tough, yet flexible foam.
Manufactured by Zotefoam, Plastazote is a member of the Azote range. Other foam grades within the Azote range include Evazote and Supazote.
Plastazote is a versatile foam used for many different applications. It can be used as a form of packaging to protect important items, used as a flotation device and can even be used to create a variety of medical orthoses.
