EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT PRODUCT. A JOY! Wow, it is small independent companies like GB Foam that restore your faith in service and standards. The website is easy to navigate, clear, helpful and efficient. The person on the end of the chat seems to be an actual human not a bot, the product arrived within 24 hours and it is excellent. Transformed my seating. My only gripe is with the courier - it was hard to actually get the delivery, took a lot of persistence on my part; but that's not the fault of GB Foam, but feedback that might be useful to them. The whole experience makes me wish I needed more foam!
