Foam for sofa. Having purchased a buttoned chesterfield sofa 3 year’s ago we were struggling with the firm base so decided to add a foam topper which we bought from GB foam direct, took the measurements and submitted the order for the 4 Luxury Firm Sofa Foam also added Stockinette & Dacron which was made easy with the helpful website, we are thrilled to bits with the result the foam has made to the sofa just wished we had done it sooner. Excellent Service. When we are working on a 1939 Rolls-Royce car we have to follow the original ethos of Rolls-Royce - precision, quality and excellence. The seat cushion assembly that we ordered from GB Foam did not disappoint in this ethos. They supplied a quality double foam filler cut to a specific custom curve section, faced with Dacron and encapsulated in stockinette. All this within 3 days and delivered one working day early. Better than buying a new sofa. Our sofa cushions needed replacing (they were so flat, you could feel the sofa bed underneath us). My partner and I debated on whether to get a new sofa or see if we could replace the cushions instead. I found GB Foam Direct and replacing the cushions turned out more affordable for us.
