Fireseal Class 0 Acoustic Foam for Construction & Shopfitters
Our industrial-grade, Fireseal Class 0 acoustic foam has been specially designed to meet the highest standards of fire safety.
Ideal for construction applications and much more, this advanced, flexible acoustic foam can be purchased with or without an adhesive backing and is available in thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 50mm (Self Adhesive available in 25mm & 50mm thickness). Each sheet of Fireseal Class 0 Acoustic Foam measures 200cm x 100cm (78.7” x 39.3”).
Adhesive Backed Class 0 Acoustic Foam
Our adhesive-backed acoustic foam sheets (available in 25mm and 50mm thicknesses) help to streamline projects by removing the need to provide a separate adhesive solution. Mounting the foam is effortless. Simply remove the easy-peel backing paper, apply to your surface of choice and repeat as necessary. Fireseal Class 0 foam sheets can also be easily cut down to size in order to fit any required surface.
Fire Resistant Foam for Retail, Commercial & Industrial Projects
As well as being an effective acoustic foam, Fireseal has been designed to help to slow the spread of flames in the event of a fire. It is commonly utilised throughout various retail, commercial and industrial projects.
Awarded a Class 0 fire rating, this product has the highest possible level of fire resistance given to any flexible acoustic foam product. Fireseal foam meets the following fire safety standards.
- BS 476 Part 6 & 7 (Class “0”)
- EN 13501-1 Euro Class B-s1, d0
- UL94 94-V-0

Acoustic Performance Explained
Our Fireseal Class 0 foam is a highly effective acoustic treatment product. This makes it perfect for construction and shop fitting projects where it’s important to properly control and balance building acoustics.
When independently tested by an official body, a 50mm thick random incidence of Fireseal was found to have an NRC rating of > 0.67.
NRC stands for Noise Reduction Coefficient and is determined on a scale from 0.0 to 1.0. At > 0.67 Fireseal has the capability to absorb more than 67% of sound wave energy.

Class 0 Acoustic Wall Tiles
We also stock Class 0 acoustic foam panels with a precision CNC cut wedge profiling. Unlike traditional acoustic foam, which tends to be dark grey, these tiles are black. Each tile has a strong, self-adhesive backing, making them simple to install in any area of your choice.
Much like Fireseal sheets, these tiles have a Class 0 fire rating. This fire rating means that they can be used across a wide multitude of environments spanning commercial, retail, industrial and private sectors.
